It was a star-studded event with an event committee including the likes of Ingrid Vandebosch and Jeff Gordon, Thierry Henry and Tyson Beckford, Kelly Rutherford and Matthew Settle, Erica and L.A. Reid, and Lauren Santo Domingo and Tatiana Santo Domingo. Additional celebrity guests included Justin Bieber, Anna Wintour, Rose McGowan, Chace Crawford, Brooklyn Decker, Usher Raymond, La La Vazquez and Carmelo Anthony, Sophia Bush, LeAnn Rimes and Eddie Cibrian, Nik Pace, Karen Elston, Bee Shaffer, Tabitha Simmons, Julia Restoin Roitfeld, Marina Rus, Ellie Goulding, Ice-T and Dayssi Kanovas.
It was ultimately Bieber, however, that stole the show.
With all of the A-list celebrities that attended, the hundreds of over-excited fans couldn't avoid Bieber Fever. Tweens were brought to tears as they waited in line to have their one hundred and ninety-five-dollar Dolce&Gabbana FNO t-shirts signed by the “One Less Lonely Girl” singer. VIPs and celebrities, 21 and older, wishing to escape the mob-scene of screaming girls gathered at the MARTINI-sponsored cocktail bar on the second floor and enjoyed Asti and Sparkling Rosé.
Make-up artists were also on hand to touch-up the fashionable party-goers at a lipstick and grooming bar. Afterwards, fresh-faced guests had the opportunity to have their portrait shot by celebrity photographer Roxanne Lowit. In addition, DJ Ruckus and Hannah Bronfman provided beats throughout the evening and Asher Roth gave a special performance before the event wrapped around 11:00pm.
All proceeds from the evening will benefit "Pencils for Promise", an organization committed to supporting a world with greater educational opportunity for all.
